Colombia Trip Report (Covid-19): Part 1 - Medellin

Updated: May 16, 2021

1st of 3 stops in Colombia in 8 days. After 3 years hiatus, I've decided to make my return to Colombia with a 3 new associates who have become my friends. Before our trip, it was required to take the COVID-19 test within 96 hours arrival. Lucky for us, the president of Colombia decided to kill that shit with 24 hours of my arrival after I took that damn test. Anyways... it was on and popping now.

With my Medellin trip, wanted to take a different approach. I've decided stay in Laureles versus El Pablado. Wanted to get the more local experience which way better and cheaper too. While in Medellin, It rained every fuckin day but we made the best of it. Rain or snow, generals must go. That was our motto and sure took over the places that we went to popping 3 bottles of Jack Daniels every night. We party in Parque Lleras and still were able to get up in the morning to do the sightseeing attractions. During the day, we did typical tourist stuff like Communa 13, Gutape, Penon, Centro, Cable Ride and etc. Head back to the crib to rest up and party even harder than the next night before.

Overall Medellin was cool but alot of places were closed due to covid and rained alot. Besides that, we sure got it in with the ladies at our spot.
